Most people are familiar with physical fitness tests. They comprise a series of exercises that are used to determine an individual's current physical shape. And, such assessments are routinely used in the development of personal fitness improvement plans. Instead of physical fitness, our demo's focus is on mental fitness (not to be confused with and not assessing aptitude, cognition, memory, or IQ).
Mental fitness does not have a universally accepted definition. However, it generally encompasses resiliency, inclusive of the ability to manage stress and regulate emotional response. Thus, it follows that mental fitness should consider an individual's current stress, anxiety, depression and trauma levels. In the demo, each is assessed by means of survey questions, and the answers to the presented questions are used to estimate one's overall mental fitness state as determined by our TALUS AI model.
Personal: Your Mental Fitness level is estimated by TALUS, our Mental Health Safety AI Model. TALUS is trained on research-validated, clinician-curated datasets.
Private: The Demo is a HIPAA-compliant self-test. Your results are exclusively your own. We do not keep your input, nor do we keep your mental fitness estimate.
Free: Mental fitness estimates are provided at no cost for a limited time--a value of up to $1000*. No signup is required. No credit/debit card needed. Try the Demo as often as you like.
The TALUS AI Mental Fitness Self-Test Demo (the "Demo") returns one of three mental fitness states based on your supplied inputs:
Thriving: Meaning you are in good to great mental fitness shape. You exhibit excellent resilience, positive energy, exceptional emotional regulation, superior attentiveness, and highly effective coping skills.
Existing: You are in average mental fitness shape, meaning you occasionally experience ups and downs. You may be moderately distracted and may have symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or distress which from time-to-time interfere with daily activities. A personalized mental fitness improvement plan might help you to move from "existing" to "thriving."
Fragile: You show signs of acute mental health distress. Immediate professional intervention appears needed to improve your mental fitness.
